The system allows each registered user on the BI4Data site to insert a ticket to report a problem of the BI4Data software or BI4Data service. - Receipt of request
- User identification, and its right to request intervention.
- Opening a ticket (ID) on the request (problem log)
- Identification of the problem and search for solution.
- Technician to resolve the problem.
