BI4Data is able to collect data from various sources, either directly or through the use of an intelligent buffer SS100, or a simple serial to LAN converter like LS100.
BI4Data can collect data related to telephone traffic in these ways: - Phisical or virtual serial RS232 port un the PC where BI4Data is installed
- TCP/IP port (both in client and server mode)
- Files transferred via FTP in server mode
- Files transferred via FTP in client mode
- RS232 serial port connected to the buffer SS100
- TCP/IP port connected to the buffer SS100 both in client and server mode
- Files transferred via FTP in client mode to the SS100
- TCP/IP port (both in client and server mode) using a LS100 converter
