PRIVACY POLICY
Legislative Decree No 196, June 30, 2003 - (code on protection of personal data)

The individual has the right to obtain:

     * Updating, correction or, if interested, the integration of data;
     * The cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or block of data processed in violation of law, including those which are not required to be held for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

The individual has the right to object, in whole or in part:

     * For legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
     * The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial purposes.

The above rights may be exercised with a request addressed without formalities to the holder or one of those responsible, also through a designated person, which is provided appropriate feedback without delay. The request addressed to the owner or manager may also be sent by registered letter, fax, e-mail.

Rights as art. 7 Leg. 196/2003
As a result of the processing of personal data by the writer society, the art .7 expressly recognises the right to exercise the following rights

c) evidence that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, including with regard to their content, to those whose data were disclosed or disseminated, unless this requirement impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The individual has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial purposes.
