BI4Data supports various types of calls: outgoing calls, incoming and internal with and without answer, trunk to trunk calls.

But even calls with code committed (or project), with privacy code and patrol.

Based on the characteristics of CDR generated by each PBX and its configuration you can manage a wide range of telephone calls.

  • Outgoing call (from the outside line): This is a call made by an extension towards an external party through a line of PBX. This kind of call may receive or not a response, therefore, if the PABX supports it, you can differentiate this category of calls answered calls, which then have a duration of the conversation other than zero, and unanswered, when the call lasts conversation zero (eg. number busy, unreachable or the call does not receive answer).
  • Incoming call (from outside line inside): This is a call that connects an outside line to an internal through the PBX system. This type of call may receive or less response, therefore, if the PBX supports it, you can differentiate this category of calls answered calls, which then have a duration of the conversation other than zero, and unanswered, when the call lasts conversation zero (eg. number busy, unreachable or the call does not receive replies).
  • Internal call: It corresponds to a call between two extensions of the same PBX or two PBX the same company connected private network, without going through the switchboard.
  • Trunk to trunk call: This is a link between two or more PBX using separate public trunk, mainly for networking PABX.
  • Project call: It is an outgoing call, or possibly incoming, which was associated an identification code for a client (project code). The code allows to analyse and account for these calls in an independent way in order to charge the customer the cost of calls made on his behalf and eventually the time spent on the phone (also for incoming calls).
  • Private call: This is an outgoing call with an associated identification code of the user who committed the call, to differentiate it when compared with normal work calls. The code allows to analyze and record calls charge them, for example, the user who has made.
  • Call coded patrol: This is not a real call, but a simple technique to record that a particular operator safety, identified by a code patrol, went into a room at a certain hour and made a call to register the journey.
