Features

BI4Data is capable of collecting and normalize in its database the information present in the CDR (Call Data Record) of many telephone PBXes. This technique allows you to analyze data from several PBX models and manufacturers in an independent manner different from the original format.
Information collected will vary, in fact, from a PBX and often even with the software version of the same model of PBX.

  • Time and date: This is the date and time (initial or final, depending on the PBX) which was made or received the call.
  • Internal number: The internal PABX who made or received the call.
  • External number: The external number that was called or who called. For incoming calls you receive the caller's phone number (CLI - Call Line Identification) only if the PBX and trunks supports it and if the number was not masked by the caller.
  • Direction: Indicates type of call: urban, national, mobile, international, other (special services).
  • Location: In addition to external number is indicated also the location associated with the call.
  • Duration: The duration of the call. Usually refers to the length of conversation, but for some PBX refers to the total time commitment line, including then time selection and waiting reply.
  • Duration ringtone: The time has elapsed before it was given response to a incoming or outgoing call. While many PBX supports the duration of alarm for incoming calls, only some PBX support it for outgoing or internal calls.
  • Pulses: Indicates the number of pulses associated with a outgoing call.
  • Cost: Indicates the cost associated with a call outgoing expressed typically in euro with four decimal places. Usually this is a field calculated on the basis of units or scales of charges, but can also be collected, if present, in the CDR.
  • Number of line: It represents the identifier used by the PBX to label a single voice channel. In some cases the number of line identifies the whole trunk and then corresponds to multiple voice channels.
  • Carrier: Indicates the name of the telephone operator with whom was tariffata the call.
  • Project code: Indicates an ID number associated with the customer call.
  • Private code: Indicates the code assigned to a user and that is used in private calls to distinguish them from normal calls work.
  • Auxiliary code (patrol code): Identify the code assigned to a security operator who makes virtual call to indicate that at a certain date and time is spent in a certain room in the patrol.
